SHIPPING POLICY
Your new garment is made in Bulgaria and shipped worldwide, FREE for orders $350+.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations of the country of destination, including duty fees and taxes that may apply.
Since we do not keep products in stock, your garments are made especially for you.
• Processing time varies and will be specified for each product within the Estimated arrival box, but usually takes around 5 business days. During promotional activities, seasonal sales or holidays the period can increase up to 3 weeks.
• If you are really in a hurry, we are ready to help out as much as possible and for this reason and the time being we have introduced the option for Rush order. Mark your order a priority one (available on the product page) so that it takes the lead in our production line. In this case your order will be ready for shipment within 1-2 days. The express processing time costs $20 fixed.
• We use DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING service only.
• We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or on local National Holidays:

Please note that there can be courier delays that are out of our control, and for instances where this is the case, we suggest you contact the carrier as we respectfully won’t be able to offer any resolution from our side.
• Lost, Damaged, & Stolen Packages
Since we are using a third-party service to deliver all orders, sometimes these can be lost, stolen, and/or damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for these services and would not be able to reimburse you in the event that your package is delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged. We can always assist you in finding what is going on with your order, but we would recommend that you contact the courier directly as they are best positioned to remediate the issue.
• Customs Duties & Fees
All shipments to certain countries such as the UK and Canada are subject to customs duties and taxes which are the customer’s responsibility. Danellys does not have any responsibility on such additional charges and cannot give any estimate on their value.
